– If you decide to cancel your service before activation, you are eligible for a full refund.
– If you choose to cancel your service after activation, you can still qualify for a refund within the first 7 days (Money Back Guarantee period) from the date of activation.

To be eligible for a refund within the 5-day Money Back Guarantee period, the following conditions must be met:
– Your cancellation request must be received by our support team within 7 days from the date of service activation.
– The cancellation must be made through the appropriate support channels mentioned on our website.

Refund Policy:

If you cancel your service within the 5-day Money Back Guarantee period and meet the specified conditions, you will be eligible for a full refund of the hosting service charges.

For cancellations requested after the 5-day Money Back Guarantee period or for services not canceled within the first 7 days after activation, no refunds will be issued for the hosting service charges.

Please note that the amount paid for domain registration or transfer is non-refundable. Once a domain is registered or transferred, it becomes the property of the customer until the domain registration period expires.

Disputes and Chargebacks:

We encourage customers to contact our support team for any concerns or issues before initiating disputes or chargebacks. Failure to do so will void your eligibility for a refund, irrespective of falling within the 5-day Money Back Guarantee period.

If a dispute or chargeback is opened by the customer, ForceCloudHOST reserves the right to terminate the hosting service immediately, and no refunds will be provided.

Refund Processing:

For eligible refunds, ForceCloudHOST’s support team will process the refund within 7 to 21 business days from the date of the approved cancellation request.

Changes to the Cancellation & Refund Policy:

ForceCloudHOST may update or modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
